The Home is absolutely HUGE - with three stories, all levels have a 12m wide frontal view facing the River, with full-height glass windows & doors to take in the views.
The ENTIRE Ground level of the Home is for your personal use, which is FULLY self-contained.

-Huge Master Lounge Room 40 m2 with couches seating 6 people, looking out onto the River
-Adjoining 10-seat Formal Dining area overlooking the River
-Breakfast Bar with River views

The kitchen is fabulous and huge - a chef’s delight -Includes gas hotplate, electric oven, twin fridge/freezer combo, island & a new dishwasher.

-Large Master Bedroom with Queen size bed & 3-door Built in Robe
-En-Suite Bathroom with basin, large vanity, shower & BATH

Small " Village" setting of only approx 40 homes in an exclusive enclave, all homes are similar, multiple-level private residences.
Home is very safe & secure. Fully alarmed & all doors/windows key-bolted. Security film to glass at ground level. Private access via locked gates with a high Boundary Wall around entire property.
Super quiet, super peaceful – add on to this the River setting, & its feels like you are in Margaret River, WA - or on the Mediterranean Coast
ACCESS: You really don't need a car
3 minute drive, or 10 minute cycle, to the heart of FREMANTLE & the Shopping, Entertainment & Café Strip there -or also the same time to COTTESLOE Beach & all its activities.
2 minute walk to regular “circle-route” BUS Stop on Stirling Hwy.
7 minute walk to North Fremantle TRAIN Station – direct to PERTH CBD in 20 minutes, or to the heart of Fremantle in 2 minutes, just 1-stop.
PERSONAL: My Partner & I live part-time on the 3rd level of the Home, TWO levels above Guests on the Ground level, thus providing genuine privacy for Guests. WE have our own facilities, plus there are separate entrances to the Home, so absolutely minimal intrusion if any on Guests.
My adorable, calm, retriever-cross dog "Indi" will melt your heart -No problem to keep my dog away from Guests if you prefer. Your Dog or Cat welcome – please let me know in advance though.
The home environment is very private & super relaxed, given the location.

We choose this rental as the photos sold it to us and they don't even show it off to it's true magnificence We were keen to get the feeling of being outdoors by the water with the luxury of being indoors ….we were grateful to have somewhere so amazing and still affordable
Justin was an amazing host and gave lots of perfect hints and tips along the way and nothing was ever too much to ask. We borrowed his bikes and spent the four days travelling between Cottesloe/North Fremantle and South Fremantle with ease- it's the perfect city to cycle in and nowhere is more than 15 mins away.
Leighton beach was also the nicest in the area and conveniently only a 5 min walk- Justin also told us about a secluded beach by the river which was perfect
Food in the local area is outstanding- try Bread in Common in Fremantle and Propeller in North Fremantle which were our favourites so much so that we went to both for breakfast and dinner.
Would thoroughly recommend this place to anyone and you can't beat the location.

“You cannot find a second place like this in Perth” 5 of 5 stars By Joy
It is looks unreal. When I saw the ads for this place, I hesitated and was wondering, "this is cannot be real. Is this a scam?” Now I am writing my first Trip Advisor review. In some cases, it is not you who has chosen the place but the place has chosen you. As an obsessed world traveler, this place is everything I am looking for.
The architecture style of this place is spectacular. The whole house is a designer piece like a grand glass piano. The glass window frames the Perth blue sky and white clouds like a live postcard. You may observe the boats, birds and flowing sky.
Location, Location I did jogging, cycling and swimming in front of the Home, very private beach and bike track, sometimes you even can see dolphins. 10 mins drive to Hippie Fremantle with the best bars, bookshops in Perth. You also can take bus and train to Yuppie Subiaco and the city. 10 mins walk to a hidden food and café street at Vic Street.
The owner who started this project is a very helpful and multicultural professional, and his dog Indi is adorable. I don't feel like sharing this, but I will double my happiness to share my experience
