The character door gives entry to a comfortable open plan living/kitchen/dining room with soaring ceilings, beautiful light at all times of the day, and double aspect sliding doors opening to a bijou private courtyard with patio setting and umbrella for shade. The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances and plenty of cupboard space. The contemporary bathroom has a walk-in shower, vanity, toilet and heated towel rail. The separate bedroom has a double bed with a quality mattress, chest of drawers and built-in wardrobes. All furniture and fittings are of excellent standard and everything necessary for a self-contained holiday or business trip is supplied.

It's only 25min by car or train to Perth City. Fremantle was rated 7 in the Lonely Planet’s Best in Travel 2016 Top 10 Cities. It’s renowned for its maritime history, Victorian architecture, world class arts and culture, quirky cafes and bars, craft-beer breweries, buskers and beaches.
Fremantle has pristine beaches and is also set on the shores of the beautiful Swan River which winds its way through Perth and meets the ocean at Fremantle Harbour. There is a walking path right along the river where you can spot dolphins or the iconic black swans that give the river its name. There are many great cafes, bars and restaurants in Fremantle, a fringe cinema and the famous Fremantle Markets Fri-Sun. The Growers Green Farmers Market in South Fremantle Sunday mornings is full of locals and their dogs. You can visit the World Heritage-listed Fremantle Prison, the Fishing Boat Harbour with seafood retailers and restaurants. Take a river trip or a wine cruise, or visit nearby Rottnest Island where the bays are crystal clear and bliss for swimming or snorkelling, the roads are free of cars and easy to ride on hired bicyles, or search out the small marsupial quokkas who live only in this habitat.Our home is located in a great area close to public transport. The bus to Fremantle stops at the bottom of our street, approximately 100m away, and takes you directly into the Fremantle CBD, or you can walk in 15-20 minutes. From Fremantle you can hop on the train to get anywhere around Perth or jump on a free CAT bus or the historic tram which takes you on a tour of the charming Fremantle town. There are plenty of options for you We have 2 friendly dogs on our property. They are fenced off away from your accommodation, but dog lovers are particularly welcome
