Description

The highlight of this spacious, quiet, bright, modern, secure two bedroom apartment is its perfect location right in the heart of the historic West End of Fremantle. Step out the door and within a short stroll you will find yourself among the best Fremantle has to offer. Eat out at one of the many trendy cafe's, restaurants or dine in after shopping for fresh produce from the markets in the local area. Spend your days enjoying the multitude of local tourist attractions or get out and about and enjoy a bike ride or walk soaking in the natural beauty of the Swan River or local beaches. Its ideal location within close proximity to public transport and major roads, makes it possible to easily explore many of the attractions Perth has to offer from your home base in Fremantle with or without your own car.

The apartment is fully equipped for guests who require a home away from home for business or a longer stay and is cosy and comfortable for a just few nights get-away. Discounts apply for stays of a week or longer. It is located on the top floor of a quiet small residential block of apartments with secure access to unit as well as to two exclusive undercover car spaces. Lift access. All rooms in the apartment are on one level.

Description

Apartment 9 is great for couples, families and solo travellers staying in Fremantle for leisure or business. Relax in the spacious open plan living areas or on the sunny balcony. The unit boasts a north facing aspect is comfortably cool in summer and warm in winter, however ducted air conditioning available for those slightly cooler or warmer days.

There are two large separate bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen sized bed. Both bedrooms have wall-to-wall walk in robes. Each of the 2 modern bathrooms has its own toilet, shower, and vanity with a bath in the second bathroom.

There is a large, well equipped kitchen with stone bench tops, induction cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer and Espressi coffee machine to cook up a meal or drink if you wish to stay home and relax. A small selection of tea, coffee and other basics are available for your use as well as a small selection of basic non-perishable pantry items. A separate laundry with a washing machine / dryer and iron is located alongside the kitchen

A lockable store room in the basement car park is available for exclusive use to store sports gear, e.g. golf clubs or other bulky items.

A short walk will take you to the Fremantle Esplanade, Fisherman's harbour, museums, Fremantle town centre, Bathers Beach, and The University of Notre Dame. Take the free CAT bus to more distant Fremantle attractions. The bus, train station and ferry terminal are also within walking distance to give you access to Perth City, Mandurah, other famous beaches such as Cottesloe beach. Ferry terminals and Fremantle harbour are within easy walking distance.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from We Felt at Home What a lovely modern apartment, it felt to us like Home, close to everything,well accommodated , The owners were great offer us their bicycles to use, which was just great. The property is nice and a quiet, and the bonus of private off street parking was a bonus, for this area. Our only regret was we didn’t book a longer stay.
