The unit boasts a north facing aspect is comfortably cool in summer and warm in winter, however ducted air conditioning available for those slightly cooler or warmer days.
There are two large separate bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen sized bed. Both bedrooms have wall-to-wall walk in robes. Each of the 2 modern bathrooms has its own toilet, shower, and vanity with a bath in the second bathroom.

The bus, train station and ferry terminal are also within walking distance to give you access to Perth City, Mandurah, other famous beaches such as Cottesloe beach. Ferry terminals and Fremantle harbour are within easy walking distance.
