North Fremantle is a beautiful area located between the sea and the river. Walk across the bridge to Fremantle in 15 minutes! Perth City is 15 min away by car or train.
The train station is an easy 5minute walk from the stylish townhouse. Only 300m away you are on the shore of the Swan River with access to beautiful peaceful walking and bike paths.
There are a great range of restaurants; 5 minutes walk away.


Rated 5 out of 5 by from Spacious and well appointed We were very satisfied with our stay in the North Fremantle Executive Townhouse, the photos don’t do justice, and the house is very spacious and equipped extremely well. The kitchen has more than a usual holiday rental and suit longer bookings. The location is great with enough restaurants within 5 min. walk. We can not fault our stay and would definitely return. Thank you again for your friendliness in welcoming us!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent property! We were very comfortable in this very spacious townhouse for our stay. We found a lovely wine bar only 5 minutes walking distance with quite and a few restaurants near by. It was also very easy to get to the beach or the river. The kitchen was very well stocked; there were even fresh flowers on our arrival. We would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet and secure stay.

The accommodation was very clean and tidy, a short walk to the river and close to Fremantle. We'd def recommend this townhouse as there was lots of room for our family and everything you need to enjoy your holiday, thanks Melanie for a lovely stay.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good option As per the advert for the townhouse, we were a bit disappointed in the " Foxtel " offering... it should state " limited channels " of Foxtel as it was not the full package. I will state that the owner Melanie arranged to have the sports channels available for viewing while were there, but feel that the TV is quite small and could do with upgrading ( to HD ). The location is ok, not within walking distance to the beach, but a close 10 min drive. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Townhouse.
