Great location, close to cafes, the Swan River and to idyllic beaches, Fortescue Five is ideal for families, groups of friends or work associates.

Relax and enjoy the complimentary bottle of sparkling Australian wine and boxed chocolates in either of the two private courtyard gardens or enjoy the bushland view from your balcony which screens the roadside.

The combination of natural timber parquet flooring and exposed timber ceilings contrasts perfectly with the splashes of colour throughout. This spacious town house is double storey in design and incorporates solar passive principles that allow ample bright natural light and space.

Fortescue Five is set back from Canning Hwy with native bushland offering a natural buffer. Grocery shopping is just a block away. Public transport becomes a breeze in this location, with bus and train facilities nearby. If you have a car or two, then off street under cover parking for 2 cars is dedicated for your use.

Master bedroom: Upstairs spacious bedroom with Queen size four-poster bed, opens up onto the north facing balcony with views over the courtyard garden. Reverse cycle air conditioning.

Bedroom 2: Large upstairs comfortable room with two single beds and reverse cycle air conditioning.

Bedroom 3: Upstairs. Features a double bed and reverse cycle air conditioning.

A Portacot, highchair, change-table and stroller are on hand for your complimentary use.

Upstairs: Relax into a bath or take a leisurely shower. Toilet facilities.

The ground floor is open plan creating a soothing sense of space and light, and incorporates the kitchen, dining and lounge areas with air conditioning. Laundry and a guest toilet facility are also located on the ground floor.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent property Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, perfect position for our needs. There was a bit of road noise but nothing that stops you from having a good night sleep. Only thing that could be added would be a small bbq in one of the courtyards.

Close to all amenities, ample parking and plenty of room for a family. We have been so impressed with this accommodation that we have already booked it again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from More spacious & comfortable than the online photos After arriving late afternoon, tired & setting off the alarm because I didn't dial the code in quickly enough, we were amazed when we walked into the downstairs living area. It was so much more spacious than we had anticipated. The whole townhouse was very well equipped with cooking facilities & top quality fixtures in the kitchen. Beds were very comfortable with quality linen. There was only one bathroom, with an extra toilet off the laundry downstairs, but for 5 adults that didn't cause a problem. The location provided easy to Fremantle & Perth.
