Aquablu is centrally located in North Fremantle . Directly over the road is the Swan Hotel. 5 minutes walk north along Queen Victoria St you will find excellent burgers at the "Flipside" which you can eat while having a drink next door in "Mrs Browns" a small bar. Over the road is the "Propeller cafe" .
Walk south over the bridge and you will find the "Beach St Cafe" which does great breakfasts and lunches. Once on the south side you can take a 15 minute stroll along the rivers edge to the "The Left Bank" a very popular pub or "The Red Herring" a fine dining seafood restaurant built over the river itself.
For variety you could also walk up to trendy George St which has numerous eateries and boutiques. In 30 minutes or catch the bus with a stop directly outside you can walk all the way to fishing boat harbour and central Freo . 700 m along Tydeman road will bring you to Port Beach where you also find the "Salt" micro brewery . A 200m walk and you are on the rivers edge with a walk way that will take all the way up to Mosman for those who like to walk
