The apartment is on 2 levels with an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge room opening up to a semi enclosed outside balcony on the first level. Plenty of privacy with outdoor furniture and BBQ. On the same level there is a bedroom with a double bed, bathroom and laundry. On the seond level you will find the main bedroom featuring a king size bed and a third bedroom featuring 2 single beds plus another bathroom. Parking is under the building for one vehicle with access from Pakenham Street. Entrance to the building without the vehicle is from Nairn Street through secure doors.
The apartment is in a quiet residential complex. whilst we want you to have a fabulous holiday parties are not tolerated.
