Airconditioning in lounge & main bedroom. This is sufficient to cool or warm the entire house. The large covered rear patio allows outdoor living in both summer & winter.

Picnic basket & rug provided to help you enjoy the river sunsets, parks & local picnic areas with BBQ facilities.Normal bed configuration is 1 KB and 2x Single beds, a portable cot is available upon request for infants. We can substitute a Double Bed in a single room or add another single bed to the single room this is a bit squeezy with a shared bedside table. This option is available when 5 guests are booked. Built in robes in all bedrooms.
