This is an exceptional semi detached two storey villa that has spacious living areas and big ocean views. The bedroom takes up most of the bottom floor with bathroom and laundry situated here also. There's also an extra bed here that can be used for a third person. There is a screen divider between the beds.
The kitchen is state of the art with top brand appliances. Cook your favourite meals while watching the yachts sail be. If you'd rather cook outdooors there's a bbq on the large balcony with breathtaking views to Rottnest. There's a flatscreen TV. Well appointed throughout. You are literally a stroll away from the most visited tourist destination in WA - Hillarys Marina where there are too many cafes, restaurants etc to count. Magnificent Sorrento Beach is across the park that you see in pictures. Other popular cafes are also situated across the park - Voyage Cafe, White Salt Restaurant and Il Parate Woodfired Pizzeria - all a stone's throw away. There is a bus stop on the corner that takes you to the train station where you can go into the city.

Beach Villa Sorrento/Hillarys
You will know you're on holidays while staying here. Magnificent and spacious two storey villa that has breathtaking ocean views. Everything is top class from kitchen appliances to the bbq on the balcony. Everything you could possibly want is a stone's throw away. Hillarys Marina which is the most visited tourist destination in Perth is a short stroll away. Sorrento Beach is across the park that you can see in pictures. Organic cafe - ever popular 'Voyage' is across the park. Other cafes there are White Salt and Il Pirate Woodfired Pizzeria. If you want a day away from the coast you can catch the bus on the corner that takes you to Warrick Train Station and you're in Perth in minutes.
This villa has an entire downstairs for bedroom and also has a single bed here if there are three of you that wish to stay.
Hosts are friendly and approachable.
The only trouble is that you won't want to leave.
