One or two bedrooms available, both with ample built-in wardrobes, main bedroom with queen size bed, the second bedroom with two king single beds, which can be replaced by a double bed on request. Up to 70 sqm of private living space and 30 sqm covered private alfresco. There is a 49 inch smart TV, Bluetooth music speaker, complimentary Wi-Fi and Netflix streaming services. Fully equipped kitchen with 4 ring induction hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle. The house is in an elevated position at the top of a cul de sac, with refreshing sea breezes, since the ocean is only 500m away. There is one modern bathroom with a large (1m by 1m) shower, toilet and wash basin. There is a separate wash basin in the laundry.
A perfect location for couples or families, a short 800m stroll to the famous Mullaloo beach, Dome cafe, hotel restaurant and hotel bar. The nearest beach is located only 760m pleasant walk from the house. A children's playground in Aristride Park is seconds away. A short walk through Aristride, Castlecrag and Belrose parks takes you to the large Whitford City shopping centre that contains a cinema, tavern, huge range of shops and plenty of food options.
The house is located on the doorstep of the coastal bike or walk paths to Hillarys Boat Harbour, a tourist hot spot that contains a marina, shops, cafes, AQUA aquarium, waterslides and more. For the active, a short drive or bus trip takes you to a heated outdoor and indoor aquatic centre - Craigie Leisure Centre, or to the nearby Joondalup Golf Course.

There is a refundable damage deposit of $120. The holiday house can be booked and paid for through the Stayz online booking system. A deposit of 20% is required and the full balance, including the refundable damage deposit, is required no later than 14 days prior to arrival.
