Unit 19 - the Salon at Sevenoaks - is a second floor flat in a quiet residential complex of 21.
Built in 1958, all the units in this complex have high ceilings and big windows giving a spacious feeling. The flat has an air-conditioned master bedroom with a ceiling fan in the living room with an additional portable evaporative cooler. The flat has tiled floors with rugs.
Entry is into the kitchen, off a communal balcony.
The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans, cutlery, crockery, glassware, toaster and kettle. There is a decent sized refrigerator, gas cook top, microwave and electric wall oven and small dishwasher. There are pantry storage cupboards and basket drawers in the kitchen.
Bedrooms one and two are accessed off the hallway. Both have queen sized beds and built in robes. Both these rooms have north facing windows. The second bedroom has a cot suitable for infants up to two years old. The master bedroom has a roll away bed that we can set up for additional guests.
The bathroom, also off the hallway, has a shower over full sized bath. An electric hot water service provides ample hot water and good water pressure.
There is a combined lounge/dining area with large east facing windows. A comfortable corner couch, TV& DVD player as well as a dining suite that seats six are located here.
Bedroom three is located off the lounge and has a large, east facing window, wardrobing and a dressing area behind the bedhead, a bookshelf, desk and double bed.
There is a separate laundry with coin operated washing machines located on the ground floor and ample drying lines are positioned on the east of the property.
Parking is available on the paved perimeter of the building. Reserved parking in the complex quadrangle may be available. Please enquire.
To ensure the quiet enjoyment of others within the complex, this property has a minimum term of seven nights. Parties and functions are not permitted.
