The master has a queen bed and mirrored built-in wardrobes with hangers, shelving and plenty of room to store your luggage. The second room has a double bed and cupboards with plenty of hanging space for your clothing and storage for luggage on top. The lounge room sofa converts into a comfortable double bed with thick foam mattress.
For the winter months we have electric blankets for both beds and additional blankets/doonas to ensure a cosy night’s sleep.
Relax on the comfortable couch in front of a large flat screen TV or chill with some quiet tunes through our blue-tooth speakers. There's also a selection of books and games for your enjoyment. You can also enjoy a sun-kissed leafy outlook during meal-time from the dining table which seats four.
Our fully equipped kitchen comes complete with an oven, cook top, cooking utensils, appliances kettle, toaster, microwave, blender, a fridge and all the kitchen essentials you need to enjoy a home cooked meal. We also supply basic supplies like tea and coffee.
Newly renovated with a modern finish, excellent shower and bathroom basics like shampoo, conditioner and a hairdryer.
Large Private Balcony:
A generous-sized private balcony complete with table and chairs, and a leafy outlook for you to enjoy some quiet time as the sun sets over the west. Smoking is permitted only on the balcony, with the door closed, whilst preferably we ask you to smoke downstairs away from common areas as not to cause disruption to our neighbours. We ask that you be mindful of noise levels on the balcony, especially at night.
The apartment is located on level 4 and can be accessed by the building lift or stairs.
The apartment is very breezy, with all windows fitted with fly screens to keep the breeze in but the bugs out. There's 2 standard fans with excellent air flow for additional cooling PLEASE NOTE: we currently have these stored off the premises in the cooler months but should you require, can drop them off to you.
Heating: we do have a small heater available for use and electric blankets on both beds to keep you comfortable during the cooler months.
There’s a credit-card operated laundry downstairs accessible via the lift and internal stairs. You can find washing powder in the kitchen cupboard and the apartment also has a small clothes rack, iron and ironing board for your use. There's outside clothes lines also downstairs if required.
Swimming Pool summer/spring only:
Enjoy a quick dip in between your beach visits with a communal outdoor pool downstairs. We also provide a few beach towels to save you the space of bringing your own.
The apartment comes with one off-street parking spot or there’s plenty of street parking available in the area.
Detailed instructions about key collection will be provided before your arrival, allowing you to check yourself in. The building is occupied predominantly by long-term residents so we ask that you treat the apartment and building as your own and respect the rules we, and the building, have in place.

We provide you with a handy guest guide with information about the property, a map to show the nearest supermarkets and train station, and local hints for how to make the most of what the area has to offer.
