Enjoy a short short stay in this pet friendly designated holiday home in the Mt Lawley River Precinct close to St John of Gods Hospital and the new Optus Stadium 15 minute walk.

A short walk to Beaufort Street cafe strip and many cafe and small bar options including the Queens hotel and Mary St Bakery.

Maylands 8th Avenue offers Milked Cafe as well as some other funky cafes and small Bars such Henry on 7th. There is also a section of Indian and Thai restaurants. East Perth Cove features the Royal located on the canal a short distance from Optus Stadium and the new Matarup Pedestrian Bridge. Toast is a very popular cafe and an easy cycle and of course the new Camfield Bar which claim to be the largest in Australia.

Weekly rate from $1050 for 2 adults, non peak season Additional costs for additional guests. Nightly rate of $180 for 2 adults applies to shorter stays.
