Set in a boutique complex . You are only 5 minutes drive to the CBD, Subiaco, Oxford St cafe strip and the beautiful Kings Park.

This double-storey unit has a ground level that features an open plan living, timber floors, and a well- equipped modern kitchen. The living area is tastefully furnished with both comfort and aesthetics in mind. Cascading glass doors open to a court yard with luscious frangipanis in pots.

The upper level comprises of the master retreat with a modern bedroom, ensuite bathroom and an addtional living area with a trendy sofa bed.

The complex is secured with remote controlled security gates. Undercover parking located right next to the unit offers safety and convenience.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Gem When we entered Glen Executive Townhouse we knew we would have a very comfortable stay in Perth. It has everything you need for your stay. Everything was great about it and it is only a short walk to train and bus so location was perfect. It is in a complex of 8 townhouses but it was very quiet. Our Prado 4WD needed 2.4mt height clearance and managed to fit into the garage okay. Phoebe is a great host and answered all of our enquiries.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for relocation I stayed at Glen Executive townhouse for 3 months when I relocated to Perth from the UK. It is clean, well equipped and in an ideal, quiet location. Glendalough train station is 5 mins walk away (2 stops to the city). There are local shops 5 mins away. Freeway 2 mins drive away. Scarborough is the nearest beach and about 10 minutes drive away. As a base to find your way around Perth and it's northern suburbs it is ideal. The house is fully equipped, has private parking, good clean furnishings, TV, internet and air conditioning....in fact there was nothing I really felt was missing for a long term stay! Phoebe is easily contactable and very accommodating to any reasonable requests. Absolutely no problems at all and highly recommended all round.
