This family home has turned into a holiday home or a vacation rental for the pleasure of welcoming our guests to beautiful city of Perth, Western Australia. Nothing to bring but your suitcase, rest assured, this home will not disappoint you.
It was built to include today's modern facilities, fully equipped; this residence is simple but yet, has almost everything you will need. Every section of space has been made the most of with the best furnishings we can offer for the comfort and relaxation a holiday should be.
HOUSE DESCRIPTION, FEATURES AND OTHER DETAILS
This is a double-storey brick house which has just completed building in April 2014. Fully carpeted, it has 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms and can sleep up to a maximum of 10 persons comfortably.
The bedrooms and two bathrooms are located upstairs. TV Room, family and meal area, kitchen, laundry and powder room are located downstairs.
Minimum stay is 3-7 days.
We have a strict NO PARTY policy.
This is a NON-SMOKING house.

LOCATION, ATTRACTIONS. AMENITIES AND RATES
Known as the Garden City, City of Bayswater covers a beautifully maintained area of 33km2 located just 8km north-east of Perth. It is home to a number of picturesque, exciting and educational attractions and 10km of Swan River foreshore.
Bayswater is a northeastern suburb of Perth, Western Australia. It is on the northern side of the Swan River, approximately 6.5 kilometres from the Perth CBD.
Bayswater lies within the local government area of the City of Bayswater, which also incorporates the suburbs of Bedford, Embleton, Morley, and parts of Maylands, Mount Lawley, Noranda and Dianella.
One of the major attractions of Bayswater is that it has the only Wave Pool in WA. The aquatic centre where it is housed also has training pools etc plus a fully equipped gym, fitness classes, child minding and a coffee shop.
Other sporting facilities in this area include a golf course, tennis courts, skate park, two indoor recreations centres as well as playing fields for numerous sports. Being so close to the CBD, there is plenty of shopping with large modern shopping centres and local stores, hotel etc.
As far as education goes there are plenty of schools, pre-primary, primary and secondary both state and private as well as further education institutions.
Entertainment and night is not far away in Perth and there are numerous restaurants and fast food outlets in close proximity. Other than that, it is also close to Morley Galleria and close to major roads, the Airport as well as excellent rail service.

Our house is conveniently located closer to Inglewood and Bedford suburbs but short drive to neighbouring Morley, Maylands, Mt Lawley, Dianella, Northbridge and Perth CBD.

++Meltham train station is only 6 stops to Perth City, running on Midland train line, to continue same train to Fremantle,

This is where the Avon Decent finishing line is located. On the other side of the river is Ascot Raceway.

However, check in and check out times can be arranged prior to arrival. We are flexible, depending on other guests.
For bookings over 7 nights, please contact us for a quote as discounts may apply.
A bond of $200-$250 is also required. This Bond will be released after the property is checked and found to be in good condition or similar state when handed to guests upon checking-in.
Any refund of Bond will be returned within 2-7 working days of your departure date.
