The apartment is located on the first floor, which is only 1 floor up from the main entrance making it easy access for elderly and couples with small children.
It comes equipped with 2 rooms, one with a King size bed and the other with a Single bed. The Bathroom is well presented with a bath, shower and sink and a separate wc.
The King Room has a very comfy King Bed with mood lighting and reverse cycle AC as well as full height mirrored sliding doors to the robe. This room also comes with a safe for added security.
The Single Room has a single sized bed with a bedside table and lamp and ample wardrobe space behind the full size mirrored sliding doors.
The kitchen has all you need to have a romantic meal in, or as a bonus you can dine in the restaurant downstairs or even walk to some great little eateries in the area.
There are two gyms, two tennis courts and two pools all for you to enjoy for your stay.
On the ground floor, coming through the main entrance will be the hotel front desk to the right and The Courtside Restaurant to your left. Straight as you walk in there are two Elevators and toilets to the right for your convenience.

The apartment is only a ten-minute walk from the bustling CBD and five minutes walk from the Perth Convention Centre and the Perth Bus port. We are within the CBD’s Free Transit Zone, which entitles you to free Transperth bus and train travel within the city center. Bus 950 stops right outside the village and will connect you to the CBD, as well as Hay Street and Murray Street Malls.
Our most treasured sight would have to be Kings Park which is just 200m walk to the bottom of Jacob's Ladder. If you are feeling fit the 242 steps up the ladder will offer perfect views of the city. A short stroll up Mount st and you will be amongst the 4 square kms of parkland which will take your breath away. Beautiful Fountains, cafes, treetop bridge walks and plenty of spots for a relaxing picnic or bbq is what you will find.
The botanic garden is an 18 hectare site within the park. Currently known as the Western Australian Botanic Garden it has a collection of 2000 species of Western Australian flora on display.
The State War Memorial Precinct is located on Mount Eliza overlooking Perth Water. It comprises the Cenotaph, Court of Contemplation, Flame of Remembrance and Pool of Reflection. The Anzac Day dawn service is held at 5:30 am on 25 April each year and is attended by more than 40,000 people.
