It is mere 5 mins walk to Perth’s famous Victoria Park cafe strip, with dozens of restaurants & fast food outlets, convenient and frequent bus/train transport to Perth city (just 4 kms to Perth CBD), Curtin University. TAFE and Fremantle. Both international and domestic airport terminals are easily and quickly accessible via the new Leach Highway interchange (10 to 15 mins by car) . In the local vicinity you have gyms/Aqua Leisure Park Pool, shops, food stores and supermarkets. The Park Shopping Centre is a 10 mins walk, and here you will find Coles, Target, Australia Post and a range of other shops and services. Major banks have their branches here and you will also find many ATMs locations.

This spacious ground floor apartment is in a small quiet block of 18 apartments with a private entrance, clean, quiet and pleasant environment. It is fully furnished and fully functional.
It has two bedrooms with spacious windows and good natural lighting: the main bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed whilst the second bedroom has a king single bed. Both bedrooms have spacious wardrobes and air-conditioning with nice simulated beech wood timber flooring.
The lounge /dining area, main bedroom and second bedroom are fitted with individual air conditioning units. Controls are via the wall mounted unit.
The open kitchen has a large twin door fridge, oven, stove and microwave. Cutlery and crockery is supplied along with free tea and coffee making facility (free tea and coffee). The round dining table with four dining chairs makes dining here a cosy experience.
WARNING: Do not place foil or metallic objects in the microwave.
Lounge: White colour leathers sofa and a flat screen TV make the lounge area very cosy. . Living, dining and kitchen areas have beautiful large clean porcelain floor tiles.
Private bathroom: with private toilet and shower, vanity. There is washing machine/dryer and hair dryer with large mirrors.
LAUNDRY APPLIANCE -WASHING & DRYER MACHINE
1. Sort your wash and ensure pockets are checked for any items such as coins. Coins damage the bowl, block the pump seriously.
2 Open the front door and carefully load the machine. Don't overload the machine. Lock the door.
3. Pull out the detergent dispenser - use the liquid detergent provided. A maximum of ONE CAP will be plenty for a full load.
4 Select the desired program and then press the start button.
5. Once it is complete, remove the wishing and close the front door.
6 There is a space at the rear of the apartment to sundry the cloths. Pegs are also provided.
7. Electric iron and an ironing board available in the apartment.
Super-fast fibre optic Broadband Wi-Fi connection is provided free to all guests staying at the apartment.
Breakfast is available nearby from several nearby cafes. If you are in a hurry, please help yourself to breakfast cereals that we place in the snack cabinet. This is complementary for us.
If you are a coffee or hot chocolate connoisseur, “ants in yaa pants” about 200 meters away is a must, and priced reasonably. You can also purchase a variety of freshly roasted coffee beans.
Car Parking- Reserved car parking is at the rear of the unit. You could also use the Hubert Street kerbside parking at the front of the unit. Parking is free.

A few minutes’ walk to Shepperton Road intersection bus stop or to OATS Street train station gives you bus/train access to Perth CBD in matter of minutes. Numerous buses connect from here to Perth CBD with frequent services through the day. Bus 99/98 connects from here to Curtin University, Murdoch University and Fremantle. Bikiram Yoga Centre is just across the road, adjacent to Office works.
