This Apartment is part of the Mounts Bay Waters Village which includes the Courtside Restaurant.

The Restaurant is open for Breakfast 7 days a week and for evening meals Monday to Saturday

except the Christmas and Easter Public holiday

When possible you will be greeted on arrival and shown all amenities/facilities or a self check in can be arrange if suitable.

Checkout kings Park website before you arrive as this beautiful Park is a must visit to admire the panoramic views of the City.

Being located between Kings Park and the Swan River makes this a fantastic place to stay whilst in Perth.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic Property We recently spend several days at this property and have nothing but praise for the apartment, the location and above all, the owners. Extremely convenient location very close to the city with public transport at the doorstep. Cherie the owner goes above and beyond in offering help and advice. We are already planning a return visit to Perth and would not go past staying here again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful Cherie & Dusty were wonderful hosts, checking to make sure all was ok. The complementary tray of goodies,fruit, orange juice & milk was a lovely thought. Also the basket of essentials in the bathroom very thoughtful. Very comfortable & clean appartment & quiet location. Close to the city & bus just outside the complex.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Couldn't ask for much more Don't hesitate to book if you are after a place within walking distance to the convention center and the city. It was a great unit with all the little extras (e.g. pantry items and welcome tray) you need to make it feel homely. Cherie was a great host and was very helpful from the time we made the booking till we checked out. Thanks Cherie!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent property Loved staying there ,extremely clean and very comfortable. Everything we needed was there . Great position to everything we needed to go too. Lovely owner and very helpful in any enquiries. Being able to park our cars there was also an added bonus .
