This New York style townhouse is within easy walking distance of the Perth CBD and its many attractions. Its located on a quiet, tree-lined, minor street yet within a block of the neighbourhood's trendy cafes, restaurants, wine bars, pubs, nightclubs, theatres, art galleries, and public transport.
The townhouse occupies the first and second floors of a small complex.
The first floor is an open space lounge-dining-kitchen area with a Juliette balcony to the front east and a fuller balcony to the rear west.
The lounge is equipped with TV, micro HiFi, and AC.
The kitchen has been recently renovated and comes with all your needs to self cater.
The third floor holds the two spacious carpeted bedrooms and a bathroom, the latter also being recently renovated. The main bedroom has a queen sized double bed, while the second bedroom has two large sized single beds.
My guests have access to the entire townhouse. Entry is through your own street-level key-less door with intercom; there are no common corridors or areas in this small complex. The guests also have the use of a street level lock up garage for one car. The key-less entry means check-in can be at any time after 1pm and is not reliant on the host being present.
Included in the rental are a range of consumables and the property comes with all bed linen, bath and hand towels, face washers, and tea towels. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families with kids older than 10.
This is not serviced accommodation: guests are invited to do their own laundry and cleaning. Part or all of the cleaning fee will be refunded if the property is left in a clean and tidy state.
