Sleeping Configuration

The property sleeps 4 people in 2 bedrooms. In addition a double inner sprung sofa bed can be used in the sitting room to facilitate sleeping arrangements for up to an extra 2 persons if needed. Leaving the kitchen dining/family room as the central living area.

For children the 2nd bedroom will be decorated to suit their ages - please see one of the photographs. A portacot and highchair can also be made available if required along with lovely cot linen, potty, soft toys, books and games. (Please advise of your requirements at time of booking)

Also on bus route to CBD and easy access to Freo and Margaret River area plus Perth Hills, but then Perth is such a small place very easy to drive round and explore. Garden was great for breakfast and BBQs as was the outdoor shower - great experience.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cosy House! we came down from the country for my son to have surgery and just happened to 'come across' the character house. Everything was surperb and Annie really went out of her way to make sure that we were happy there. The central location is perfect for any direction you need to go within the city! Have recommended it to family and friends. Only little issue would be the width of the drive way - lucky we had a small car :) Otherwise Perfect!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Memorable stay at Central Character House We just returned to Singapore from our stay at Annie's beautiful house. Annie is a wonderful owner who attended to our every needs promptly. The house was traditional and well kept, making our stay during the cold winter warm and cozy. The house was also well stocked with DVDs, magazines, books and even toys for the children. My boy and girl love the room which was specially decorated for them. The house is also well located, near major supermarket and eateries. We didn't have problem finding good food and shopping around the area. This is definitely better than staying in the city center with busy traffic.
