A wonderful renovation and beautiful refurbishment of this well located house close to city centre, Northbridge and nearby Leederville's downtown Oxford Street cafe/restaurant strip, shops, cinema and economical supermarket.

Both Perth and Subiaco trains and buses can be easily accessed by house guests.

Across the road is the Loftus Street Recreational Centre and Library. The Beatty Park Aquatic Centre is close and a children's playground at the Charles Veryard Park Reserve is an easy stroll away.

It has a bright and leafy outlook with stylish furniture, quality fixtures and fittings, crockery, cutlery and linen.

There are two queen sized bedrooms, one with its own private balcony, the other with an adjoining "office"/sitting room while the third bedroom has twin beds. All have plenty of storage and hanging space.

This house has been renovated and furnished to suit business persons or visitors to Perth who want the convenience of a central location but wish to enjoy the privacy of their own house, garden, courtyard and outdoor deck area. Ideal for families holidaying or business people working for a longer time in Perth - a wonderful home whilst relocating.

For your arrival we provide a food "welcome pack". Want to stay connected to the world - we can supply a wireless modem for you to prepay and manage to your requirements.

With space to live and entertain, Heritage on Loftus has two living areas, a well equipped farmhouse kitchen/dining room and under cover secure car parking. Truly one of the best homes on offer. Just bring a toothbrush and clothes , relax and enjoy this clean well presented home.

There are no additional charges for gas and electricity. Breakages must be reported and if excessive paid for.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic location - Great Value We stayed 9 nights at Heritage on Loftus. It was very convenient with St John of God Hospital Subiaco only 10 minutes away and very close to Oxford Street IGA with free parking for the first hour. We were very comfortable and had fantastic communication with the owner. Especially enjoyed preparing meals in the kitchen which was fully equipped for our needs. Can't say enough about the comfort of the beds; with air-conditioning provided in all three bedrooms. Excellent. Thank you.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Property My family and I loved Heritage on Loftus. It's a charming cottage with character. It was clean and the beds were super comfy. Apparently it was the coldest September on record when we were in Perth, thank goodness for the Gas heater! It was the best. Close to public transport, walking distance to the shop, cafe's and train station. Would stay here again, no hesitation. Just a suggestion, would have been handy to have an extra key as we were all out doing different things, but we worked it out. Our host Jenni is a lovely lady and a big thank you to you!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Position Perfect We were lucky to find a property within walking distance to everything we needed - Leederville shops, close to relatives and a bus stop to the CBD just a few doors away. We were visiting during a hot spell and the house was always comfortable and the atmosphere was very relaxing. The house has charm and character - exactly what we were looking for for our stay in Perth.
