Public transport is right outside the apartment (7 minutes to Perth CBD) and you can easily walk to 3 of Perth's best urban villages: Beaufort Street (Mount Lawley), Angove Street (North Perth) and William Street (Northbridge). Beautiful Hyde Park is also just a 5 minute walk away. Everything you could wish for is close by with an amazing selection of bars, pubs, cafes, restaurants, takeaways, and supermarket all within walking distance. The location can't be beaten.

This secure 2-bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor was a pleasure to stay in. You’ll find it spotlessly clean and very comfortable with all you need for an enjoyable stay- including a well-appointed kitchen, luxurious bath towels, beautiful beds and internet access. In a new building, located close to cafes, restaurants and public transport, this accommodation is within walking distance to everything in Mount Lawley, and Perth is just a short bus ride away, or a 20 minute walk. Despite being located on a main road, it is very quiet inside. The owner, Pat, is a great host who regularly liases with guests to make sure that they have the best possible experience. I would highly recommend this apartment.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 10 night stay in this near new Apartment in the heart Mt Lawley.

Exceptional features were:

Beautifully furnished & decorated with stylish furniture (some restored tastefully by owner) Modern but homely with lots of paintings & pot plants. Very clean, comfortable & well presented.

Great location - several multicultural restaurants, bars & grocery stores in easy walking distance.

Bus stop at front door but still walking distance to the city.

On site car accommodation.

Affordable by comparison to others.

Owner was very friendly & informative. She personally ensured that we were well informed on our arrival & contacted us during our stay to ensure everything was to our satisfaction.

We highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Perth & would love to return & stay there again sometime in the future.

Location was excellent and the home appliances, bedding and all facilities exceeded our expectations. A delightful stay in a well equipped and appealing home. Highly recommended!
