Multiple free buses right outside the apartment door will get you into Perth in four minutes! or enjoy a leisurely 8 minute stroll along the Terrace walking pass the Governor of Western Australia's house and Supreme Court Gardens into Perth.

'Swan River View Apartment' is a fully furnished self-contained, tastefully decorated two bedroom, two bathroom apartment in a fantastic location, with a balcony overlooking the Swan River, King's Park and Perth Cathedral. It is centrally located and you are within 8 minutes walking distance to shopping, restaurants, theatres and Perth's vibrant small bars and night life. Free public transport is available right outside the apartment and the trains are also close by. Barrack Street Jetty and Elizabeth Quay are a short walk and this is where you can visit the towering glass spire of the Swan Bells or take a ferry to Rottnest Island, Fremantle, Perth Zoo, South Perth and the Swan Valley wine region.

The apartment is ideal for vacations or for companies to rent for guests visiting the city. Ideal alternative to a hotel with it's resort style facilities.

The 380 bus from airport terminals 1 and 2 and the 40 and 935 buses from terminals 3 and 4 stop directly outside. Please refer to the TransPerth website for bus schedules

The apartment comes with free unlimited Wi-Fi

The apartment has reverse cycle ducted air conditioning that can be controlled for the main bedroom and the living area.

In the spacious living area there are 2 leather lounge suites and a large LCD television with Blu-ray DVD player and Foxtel. There is also a sound bar that you can Bluetooth or connect your phone, tablet or pc to.

The dining area has a table with seating for four

A large private balcony with a table and seating for 4, where you can take advantage of the amazing views of the Swan River, Kings Park, St Marys Cathedral and South Perth.

The main bedroom contains a queen bed and TV and the second bedroom also has a queen bed. The master bedroom has a private en-suite with a basin, shower and toilet and the second bedroom has a bathroom with a basin, shower and toilet. There is also a laundry recess with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Both bathrooms have hair dryers and soap, shampoo, and shower gel will be left for your stay.

The kitchen is fully equipped including an oven, microwave, cook top, dishwasher and refrigerator as well as tea and coffee making facilities. Tea coffee and sugar will be provided for the beginning of your stay.

Guests have access to a 29th floor where there is a rooftop pool, gym and a terrace with amazing views of Perth and over to Rottnest. The gym is fully equipped with treadmills, bikes, rowing machines, weights etc. The gym overlooks the Swan River. The gym is open until around 11pm and the pool until sunset.

The apartment is very secure with controlled access to the lobby, apartment floors, pool/gym and parking area.

Included in the nightly rate is a secure undercover parking bay for 1 car.

Please be aware that if you are booking and have small children, that this apartment is on the 11th floor and has a balcony.

3 night minimum stay, 2 night stays can be requested but a $100 surcharge applies. No single night stays can be booked

A fully refundable $300 security bond is required, preferably by bank deposit, however if this is not convenient you can request to pay in cash and can be paid in your local currency.

Long term rentals can be requested.

Check in time is 2:00 pm and no later than 7:00 pm (unless organised in advance).

Check out time is 10:00 am. A late check-out is available but may incur a fee and subject to availability.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent place to stay Thanks for a great stay. Nothing was a problem. Very clean and tidy. Great views and very central. We were able to stay after the 10am departure time as nobody was due in that day. We left at 1.30pm. Better than a hotel. Everything supplied. Key entry so no problem with thieves. Would gladly stay there again. Thanks Gary for a very enjoyable stay. 10 out of 10.

We are two adults, 2 kids and it was a perfect size for us. Great location, easy to catch the bus to the airport, lovely views, kids even used the pool on the top level. Owners were very friendly and inviting even allowing us to drop our luggage off before check in time. Thanks very much, when we come back to Perth this apartment will be our first choice

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing apartment My Husband and I along with another couple recently stayed at this amazing apartment, it was way beyond our expectations . It was fully equipped, modern, clean and very comfortable. The views over the Swan River were superb. The location couldn't be better as you were in a quiet location with good restaurants and bars nearby. Just a short walk into the center and also close to the train station and pier,with the bus stop at the front door, it made it very easy to get around. I would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to my friends ( who are going to Perth next year) & family & I look forward to being able to stay here again. Thanks to Suzanne and Gary who were very welcoming and made the booking very easy.
