Rated 4 out of 5 by from Do not stay here if you have a car! Car space for unit 17 not available on weekdays between 6am and 7pm! We canvased the other tenants to find a spot where we could park to avoid parking it on the street and having to pay. The unit is large and well equipped. The bed was comfortable. It has a large balcony overlooking Pier St. I think it could do with a one seater lounge chair as well as the 3 seater. The city's 2 malls were 4 blocks walk away. Beaufort St with all its restaurants is close by. There is a free city bus service on Newcastle St. We did make use of the communal swimming pool and BBQ. The rate was comparatively really good.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from comfortable, convenient and quiet apartment! It's a comfortable, convenient and quiet apartment. We lived there for a week and it's impressed us so much! I will describe this lovely apartment in several aspects below: Cleanliness: Advantages: 1.All the items in apartment looks very clear, especially the plates, dishes. The towels are thick and clear. 2.The furniture in bed room, living room, kitchen looks bright and clear. 3.All rooms are tidy and bright. 4.It's convenient to put off the rubbish to the rubbish room which locates just in the car park. Need to be improve: 1.The carpet in living room is a bit blotted. 2.It will be better to add a rubbish bin also in toilet. 3.The washing machine should be cleaned carefully. (the machine is quite new, but the surface of its entre seems a little dirty) Comfort: Advantages: 1.It's very large space of the balcony with table and chairs, you can enjoy your meals or drinks there. The kitchen and living room also large very much and it's really worth the price. 2.The bed is soft, big and comfortable, also the pillows. 3.The voice of fan in toilet is very light, you can sleep well with its running on. 4.Connect to WIFI very stable and easy. 5.Big size of TV set, looks good enough. 6.The apartment office is just under the stairs, it's easy to connect with the manager if any problems. 7.There are nearly all necessary life facilities for you to live here for a long time. 8.Car park is just under stairs, close to the door. 9.There is dry machine and very good to use. 10.The swimming pool looks great, the gym is small but smart with various of equipments. Need to be improve: 1.It will be better to offer a little bag of detergent besides the washing machine. Location: Advantages: 1.It's locates in North Bridge, close to Blue Cat Bus station and China town. So it's very convenient for you to eat outside. 2.There is supermarket IGA and medical centre close to the apartment, it's easy to buy food, water and medicine. 3.There is park with basketball playground, you can even play basketball there! 4.I must say the apartment is very quiet due to its location, you can have a good sleep during all day. The apartment has very good conditions for living, not so modern but very comfortable, makes us the impressed feeling of home, we really love it. We will choose to live there again if we need.

It was a pleasure staying there; quiet and spacious, and convenient for Perth centre and the major transport connections. The large balcony and the pool were very welcome bonuses. We would not hesitate to recommend the property or stay there again ourselves.
