An excellent location with the Perth CBD, Swan River and Kings Park at your finger tips. Your Perth city apartment is located strategically below Kings Park and is in a very quiet location, thus providing a peaceful atmosphere for your stay.
The apartment is only a ten-minute walk from the bustling CBD and five minutes’ walk from the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre and the Perth Busport. We are within the CBD’s Free Transit Zone, which entitles you to free Transperth bus and train travel within the city centre. Bus 950 stops right outside the village and will connect you to the CBD, as well as Hay Street and Murray Street Malls. You're also on the boutique shopping side of the city with King Street and West Perth boutique shops close by.
The roadside is canopied by London Plain trees and across the road are acres and acres of Perth riverside parkland. 'Jacob's Ladder' (just under 300 steps up to Kings Park) is a hundred meters away and provides a novel walk to Kings Park & Botanic Garden (Mount Everest Climbers have been known to practice on these stairs).

The pre-arrival pack prepared by Joy was indeed very informative and we checked in with no issue at all. The location of the apartment is very central with everything we needed within walking distance. It was also very convenient to have a restaurant nearby as we traveled with baby. The fact that the apartment is at the 1st floor of the building also helped a lot especially when the lift was not functioning on the day we checked-out. Joy's apartment was comfortable and clean and a great size for our group. We were a group of four adults and two children and we found the apartment very well equipped with all the amenities for our stay. Joy was a wonderful host. She was very responsive in communications and she tried to ensure we had a good stay. On our first day of arrival, it was raining and Joy brought umbrellas for us and also called the shop nearby to check if they sold umbrellas. The apartment is clean and well equipped with everything we need. It is within walking distance to the CBD which is very convenient. Jacob's ladder which leads to King's Park is just next to the apartment building. The gym is rather small and has only 1 threadmill but running outside either at King's Park or along Swan River is nice so it's not a big problem. December 2015
This is a wonderful unit and our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed it. The communication with the host, Joy, was clear with fast response. This unit is clean and in a quiet, peaceful location. There is wireless internet, with all the right appliances and facilities for us. Free private parking as well if you rent a car. There is also a convenient deli near to the unit. It is just beside the Jacob's ladder leading to King's Park. It is a 10-15 mins walk, depending on your walking speed, to the Convention centre, where you can take the free CAT bus into the Perth city. It was a great stay for us. From Singapore · November 2015
It was a good stay at Joy's. We chose the apartment based on its location and pictures and we weren't disappointed. The rooms were clean and comfortable. And thanks to good weather, the 5-10 min walk to both city and King's Park were pleasant. The instructions given by the host prior to our stay were clear, so no problems during check-in/out.
