All of Perth City's attractions are only a few minutes walk away. It is across from the concert hall, and just 2 minutes walk to the Hay St Mall.
Close by there are a variety of restaurants, shops and hotels with the Swan Rover also just a 3 minute walk away.
The Central Rail and bus station is only a 5 minute walk or a free ride on a Perth City bus.
Perth Domestic and International airport is a 20 minute drive away.
A shuttle bus operates from Perth city to the airport.

City style can be rented as either a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment or 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment located in a very secure resort style complex of apartments accommodation providing generous accommodation for 4, includes 25m lap pool, spa, poolside lounge chairs and fully equipped gymnasium. The bedroom has a queen size bed and en suite. The apartment comes with linen, bedding and towels. The second bedroom has a king size bed. Additional charges apply for renting the second bedroom.
The living room has a leather sofa with recliner chairs, 42 inch LCD TV and DVD player for your enjoyment.
City style has ducted air conditioning to all rooms.
The apartment has a fully fitted kitchen with all crockery and utensils you'll need for preparing meals. The pantry is also filled with basic items so you can prepare meals without having to fork out for regular pantry items. There is a washing machine and dryer, ironing board and iron.
The apartment has an under cover, secure car bay (please request at time of booking.)
A 20% deposit is required to confirm all bookings.
A $500 'security deposit' is also required with all bookings. This security bond is fully refunded in full after check out provided the property is in the condition in which you found it. An additional deposit applies if secure parking is required (the security access is pricey to replace).
Stayz does accept credit card payments; however we prefer direct deposit and bank transfer payments. The bond is not payed through Stayz unfortunately and needs to be payed via bank transfer.
Full payment is required within 30 days prior to check-in.
There are no hidden fees or additional taxes - price included parking.
Check in is at or after 2pm and checkout at 10am, these are negotiable, depending on the times may incur a fee, however fairly flexible.
