Sola Gratia Country Stay is a two bedroom modern rustic home, set in the beautiful countryside of Bullsbrook. Sola Gratia is a unique block as it is set low in the valley and has its own magnificent lake that is maintained by several natural run off, these run off's will ensure there will be an abundant supply of water all year round. The lake is a beautiful centrepiece to the tranquillity of the property as well as being an attraction to a variety of birds and natural wildlife. The property is 8 acres which includes the home, lake, flat lands and a steep hill to the back of the property. The farmstay offers a great all round Australian farm, from kangaroos who roam freely in the open fields to, chickens, ducks, and sheep. All farm animals are people friendly.

The Main House - $200-$240 p/n Includes 2 persons, $20 per/p per/night additional
Is an open living design and includes 1 bedroom with Queen Bed, 1 loft with twin singles, plus an option of a pullout divan that sleeps 2. The home has a large bathroom/toilet, dining, living room and private lounge room with large TV and DVD facilities, also a fully equipped rustic kitchen with scullery.
Couples Retreat - $150 - $170 p/n Includes 2 persons
This private room is a uniquely designed hexagon shaped room with a Kingsize Bed. It has its own entrance, en-suite, robe, kitchenette and private courtyard. The BBQ and entertaining areas are communal and offer wonderful backyard views.
Rent the Entire House - $240-260 p/n Includes 4 persons, an extra $20 per night for each person above this. This will ensure exclusivity to the property for the time of your stay.
Coffee, tea, milk, cereal, bread and spreads are complimentary. Additional breakfast can be purchased on arrangement with the owner.
Minimum 2 Night bookings.
Minimum 3-4 Night booking over School Holidays preferred
A Cleaning Fee will be applied for all bookings $65 per stay

Relax and Enjoy a glass of wine and a wood fired pizza whilst watching the twilight spectacle over the magnificent lake with a background of local kangaroos grazing in the paddock, OR, take the children out on the lake in the dingy and see how many fish and yabbies you can spot.
Each day children can enjoy hand feeding the ducks grain provided and going on a daily treasure hunt to uncover where the eggs have been laid. Once eggs found, why not go bake a cake in the fully equipped kitchen.
