Stylish one bedroom ground floor apartment within walking distance of the local cafe strip and Swan River Foreshore. 10 Minute drive to central Perth, 25mins to Fremantle.

Less than a five minute walk finds you at the bus stop to Perth City. 900m walk to a variety of fast food including HJ, McDonalds, Kentucky friend and Oporto Chicken.

950m to Woolworths and a variety of hotels and Restaurants.

5 mins to bus direct to Curtin university.

Fully refurbished, with wooden floors throughout, modern kitchen and bathroom and city views from a cosy private patio.

Great location for a holiday or weekend getaway, or the perfect home base for a busy professional wanting easy access to the City.


All our rates are for two persons using existing Queen bedding in our one bedroom apartment. Cafe Central has one queen size bed, a double fold out sofa couch in the lounge suitable for one adult or child. We also have a single mattress on the floor if you prefer for a child.

We have a high chair and a portable cot available for your use in the property. Please let us know so we can ensure it is available and advise costs.

Our property comes with full linen and bedding all you need to bring is your personal items.

We have off Street parking for one car.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Convenient The place was clean and close to the city. We did however had a problem with the hot water, it was on and off. Not nice especially when you are in the middle of having a shower. Lucky for us my partner is a builder and new how to get around it. If you are looking for a quite place to stay, then this is not it. Found it noisy after 5pm right through about 11 and struggled to sleep due to traffic and other residence. Need to do something about the shower as even with the window open it steams up hence why the ceiling is starting to peel off. The exterior of the building could use some tlc. Overall good if you only want a cheap place to stay at.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Everything We Needed!! We stayed for 4 nights and needed a location with easy access to Perth and Freo, self contained and reasonably priced. Cafe Central fitted the bill in every sense. My wife and I enjoyed walking into Perth one day and a long walk along the river on another. The unit is exactly as described and clean and tidy in presentation and well equipped for those wanting to prepare meals. We checked in at 10pm which was no problem and Shelley was great to deal with!! There are a number of different shops close by in various directions and one suggestion to help future guests would be to have a map with locations as some are an easy walk.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Comfortable unit in a great location I was really comfortable for the few days I stayed here. Clean, renovated unit with a comfortable bed and a good shower. There is easy access to the city from here, and it's a few blocks' walk from cafes and restaurants. The reserved car bay is useful for those who plan to be driving. I would definitely stay here again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Convenient and Comfortable at CafeCentral Great location, good price and comfortable bed. Excellent shower. Close to Vic Park restaurants. No WIFI or laundry facilities in apartment (but communal facilities available). Overall, good value for money and close to city.
