CALENDAR AVAILABILITY, BOND and CHILDREN
If you find that the dates you want is already booked out, don't despair. Whenever an inquiry is made, we tentatively reserve those dates for 3 days. After 3 days, if the deposit is not received to lock those dates in, we clear the calendar and those dates become available again.

REFUNDABLE SECURITY BOND:
$500 to $1500, depending on the number of nights and season of stay.
After your departure once the property has been inspected and deemed left in a similar state to your arrival, we will refund this Bond in full within 3-5 days.

Children are all people below the age of 12 Years.
No "Pets" or " School Leavers" will be accommodated. The person responsible for the booking must be at least 21 years of age and stay at the property for the duration of the booking.
