Up for rent is a standard 2 bedroom apartment with a view to die for.
The apartment can cater for a maximum of 3 guests with a queen size bed in the main bedroom and a single bed in the second room.
The kitchen is fully equipped. All linen and towels are provided.
The apartment backs on to the Swan River and is 2 levels below the main car park level so there are no cars to disturb you. It is very relaxing to be out on the verandah listening to the birds and admiring the view.
The apartment is located between the city and the airport, around a 10 minute drive to the city and slightly longer to the airport. The TransPerth airport bus route 380 stops at the apartment although taxi or driving is the easiest way to get there from the airport.
At the front of the complex is a major bus route stop with buses into the city leaving every 5 minutes during peak times to every 30 minutes in non peak times. The apartment is a 15 minute walk from Burswood train station.
There is a small grocery store, standard food outlets and beer and wine shop across the road.
The apartment has one air-conditioning unit in the open plan living, kitchen and dining area. The main bedroom has a ceiling fan, the second bedroom has a pedestal fan that will be there in the warmer months.
Some baby items can be arranged such as a porta cot, high chair, baby bath. Please let me know if you require them. There is also a hire for baby shop a short walk away.
There is one allocated open air parking bay for those driving.
Please note, being right on the river does mean some mosquito's in the hotter months at night time. The mosquito's in Perth do not carry viruses. Insect repellent and citronella candles are provided.
