View the penguins in their natural habitat or take a boat tour around the nearby islands to obtain a close view of the seals.
The nearby islands are home to a unique pelican breeding area. They can be viewed each day as they navigate their way across the skies to other lakes and waterways and then return in the late afternoon.

The city centre, a short car drive ( 5-8 minutes) has a major shopping area, restaurants and two cinema complexes.
Travel to Fremantle and step back in time to our colonial past still preserved in the attractive architecture of the city, or sip a coffee on its famous cappuccino strip. Explore Fishermen's Boat Harbour or one of the many attractive parks. The world famous Bon Scott, Fremantle's favourite son is remembered with a statue in the park near the Fishermen's Boat Harbour.
Perth City is an easy train ride with a regular service accessed by bus from Rockingham Beach. The city is easy to navigate with a free hop-on-hop-off CAT bus circulating various routes around the city.
Walk from the train station to Northbridge, Perth's restaurant and bar area, or spend the day at the WA Art Gallery or Museum.
Kings Park is the centrepiece of the city with an extensive vista and many picnic areas. A great place for holiday snaps and a relaxing walk through Western Australia's gardens.
Mandurah to the south is a half an hour by car and opens up a new itinerary of tourist activities along the Peel Inlet, with many restaurant to chose from.
