The apartment has open plan living, full length windows onto balcony to take in the magnificent view over the Bay and Garden Island. Included is a gourmet kitchen, laundry facilities and 1 car undercover parking bay. As a Two bedroom Apartment - Bedding has one Queen bed and pull out sofa bed. Sleeps 3 persons.
All linen, doonas, pillows, towels are supplied. All you need to bring is yourself, food and drinks and a beach towel.
Enjoy those beautiful balmy evenings on the balcony and an umbrella is supplied to protect you from the sun's rays.

Rules and Regulations of the Apartment at Mandalay
NON SMOKING - inside the building and also out on the balcony.
The balcony area is for you and your guests to enjoy the ambiance until the curfew time of 10pm. This is set a rule of the Strata Council and we will ask guests to comply.
As the Apartment is located on the first floor, this property is NOT suitable for children of a very young age. Older children and teenagers are acceptable.
The main entrance of the Apartment is at the back of the building and is up one flight of stairs to the first floor. There is no lift.
Parking facility is one undercover carport secured in complex. Gates open at 6am - 6pm. Visitors day parking also on the property. If all visitors car bays are taken, your guests will have to park outside the complex on the street.
