One of Perths best beaches is just a stroll away. The neighbourhood is developing and growing with new venues and stores constantly opening. There is a gourmet supermarket, butcher, bakery and numerous restaurants nearby, and public bbqs at the beach.
There is ample parking at the property including a 1 under cover car bay.
Nearby public transport makes it easy to get to and from the property as well as explore the beautiful city of Perth. Catch a bus into the city, down to Fremantle or up to Hillarys.
Taxi fares from the international airport is approx. $60-70 depending on traffic and time of day.
I don't really recommend parking the city as its really expensive, I normally park my car at glendalough train station and get the train in which is only 2 stops, and it's $2 for all day parking.
