The neighbourhood is developing and growing with new venues and stores constantly opening. This Apartment is a close proximity to the Scarborough café strip, gourmet supermarket, butcher, bakery, Coles supermarket, liquor store and numerous restaurants nearby, and public bbqs at the beach.
There is a bus stop directly outside of Apartment. Regular buses to the city, Stirling Train Station and other locations. Recommend URL if using public transport.
BBQ's are available on the grassed area of Scarborough beach near the children's play area.
Groceries: Large Coles supermarket within walking distance. A pharmacy and liquor store is also located within the complex.

Beachside Apartment has a Master Bedroom with built in wardrobes, queen size bed, portable fan and sliding door which opens onto courtyard with views of the ocean.
The second Bedroom with built in wardrobes, is furnished with double / single bunk bed and a portable fan.
Living room has a TV with DVD, USB and HDMI, playstation and sliding door that open out onto a small front courtyard with views of the ocean.
The fully-equipped kitchen is adjoined by living room so you can chat to your friends or family as your prepare a meal.
Bathroom with lovely shower, it also has a laundry with a washing machine, ironing facilities and a laundry trough.
The Apartment has 1 undercover car bay assigned, no allocated visitor bays within complex. There is a carpark across the road which may offer further parking.
The Apartment is one of 8, it is located on the ground floor of the 2 story building. It has two common walls with the neighbouring Apartments (above/side). All of the other Apartments in the complex are privately owned and have long term tenants.
This Apartment building was built mid 70's, however inside doesn’t reflect 70’s style as it has been renovated.

1.Don't disturb our neighbours. Obey the local rules and respect the community you are visiting. Parties and functions are strictly prohibited, and disturbing the neighbours may result in loss of your bond, having the lease terminated and/or additional payments.
2.The number of guests should not exceed the number stated in the Booking Confirmation or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the Property Provider in advance.

4.Smoking inside the Apartment is prohibited. If you'd like to smoke, we request you do so outside and dispose of butts thoughtfully. Littering cigarette butts in the garden will result in loss of your bond.
5.Guests are required to dispose of their rubbish in the garbage bin located in the garage when they leave the property. Red lid = general waste, Yellow lid = recycling.
6.We have very limited amounts of water in WA. Try not to waste water and switch off all lights when you leave the property.
