Love it in Scarborough

Beach house Fantastic location Very quiet. Great large furnished granny flat Scarborough for three-four persons, queen bed and double bed. Fully furnished and fitted out, just bring your suitcase. Wonderful outdoor area, with cover and outside bar with hot and cold water sink, another hot and cold shower by the pool, outdoor dining, pool. Internally kitchenette, large lounge/tv area, one very large master bedroom, another mid-size bedroom, cute Bali style bathroom, very quiet, very cool in Summer generally, warm in Winter, air conditioning in master bedroom not for use between 10pm and 10am as noisy for sleepers upstairs, but there are fans and heaters available. Granny flat is downstairs area to a large house.The house is in a gorgeous small street, an upmarket and unique area of Scarborough right on the Triggs border.

There is a concrete slab between upstairs and downstairs, so little noise transmission. Ocean glimpses and a gorgeous outlook of huge pine tree and limestone paved area bordering a lovely garden and grassed area and saltwater pool..In summer it's great as we get the seabreeze every afternoon as facing north-west.Use of upstairs laundry, with notice, as shared with us upstairs, but flexible.

Close to Rendezvous Hotel and Scarborough beach 16 min walk, close Triggs Beach 10 minutes walk close to Karrinyup Shopping Centre 25 minutes walk
