This is Part of the Riviera B complex situated on the 2nd floor, the apartment is the top floors with lift access.

Watch the world go by as you sit and relax on one of the three balconies you may even spot a dolphin swim by.

There are views to Kings Park, the Old Swan brewery, Matilda Bay and beyond.

The master bedroom is upstairs (the second floor of the apartment) with queen bed, bedside tables and large chest of drawers, here you can either look at the views from your bed or sit on the table and chairs on the balcony, you are looking straight across Melville Waters.

The master has a very large ensuite with, WC, corner spa bath and a separate shower, even from here you can look at the view, walk in robe off master bedroom with lots of hanging space ( a Boori cot is available upon request, no charge)

Entry from the main door to the apartment; a modern kitchen with granite worksurfaces, glass splash back, extraction hood, full size oven and gas hotplates high spec appliances including dishwasher. Nespresso Machine and full size fridge freezer (520l)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fabulous apartment and owners This apartmemt and the support given by Sarah & David exceeded our expectations 100 fold. David & Sarah personally attended to our every need including an above & beyond request by us. The apartment was immaculate, top of the line for comfort and suited our party of 6 convering every contingency. Location was more than perfect, with easy walk to Zoo, Mends Street warf and The Windsor. Thank you so much for your fabulous personal attention, look forward to referring our friends and ourselves staying again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from EXCELLENT PROPERTY Lovely clean and welcoming unit. Within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Very comfortable, well stocked and encouraged to use anything in the pantry etc that we wanted to, chocolates on our beds, clean and lovely view. Had a lovely stay.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Highly recommend! We booked the apartment for a family visit to Perth and couldn't believe our luck. It was clean, well equipped, beautifully decorated with a fantastic location. The lovely pool was also popular! The room configuration was perfect for our needs and so comfortable for the 5 of us. The apartment is a short walk to cafes and restaurants as well as the ferry. We would definitely book again on our next visit.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great apartment, central location We recently stayed here when we visited Perth for a friends wedding. David and Sarah were extremely helpful right from my initial enquiry. The apartment has everything you need and is in a central location with parks and cafes a short stroll away and the city a quick and easy bus or ferry ride. Would highly recommend this apartment.
