The views from the water's edge are breathtaking. You walk out the front door and you are on the Swan River's edge. Take in a BBQ or a walk along the foreshore. There is a kids playground. Water sports, boating and much more. The Townhouse is fully renovated. If you like clean, this is for you. The owners are very particular about hosting guests and ensuring 5 star treatment. All the mods cons are here with WI-FI, TV, Gourmet Kitchen, Brand New Bathrooms, Luxury Beds and Linen. Laundry washer and clothes line. You will be very impressed. Parking for a people mover and visitors parking as well. There is also a spa bath to wind down and sip a glass of wine. Simply stunning.
The whole townhouse is for the guests including an outdoor entertaining area. From the water's edge the lights of Perth are mesmerizing.
When you arrive at Whitcomb Street there is a large $10m complex that you drive past. The townhouses are next door but don't be put off by the length of the driveway, just wind you way up the driveway until you reach 14. Once inside the property you will be mesmerised with the views and the newness of the townhouse.

Attention Business Travellers
If you are travelling alone or with up to 5 executives, this property is excellent value for money and a great location. The Boatshed is at your door step for breakfast.
Transport Uber or the Ferry into the City is 10 minutes. The Ferry is a 10 minute walk.

PLEASE NOTE THE STRICT HOUSE RULES
No smoking inside. Smoking inside the property incurs a $300.00 extra fee for deodorising and cleaning. Outside is permitted but please place your butts into the green rubbish bin or inside a glass bottle with the lid on.
Check out is 10.00 am on your last day or before thank-you. There are no exceptions to this and should you stay longer, and we have difficulty removing you and your guests we have the right to charge $150.00 per hour for the inconvenience.
Please note that the house is not serviced during your stay and you will not be interrupted by anyone. If you require shampoo and conditioner and soap over and above what we have supplied this is your responsibility to purchase.
Due to Occupational, Health & Safety we are no longer able to provide any food in the form of consumables as a lot of guests have allergic reactions. We provide tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper only. Should the previous guests leave additional consumables on site and the cleaners choose to leave them for you to use; these items you use at your own discretion and there is no claim against The Manager or WHICH DOOR.
Please do not iron on the carpet floor under any circumstances as this incurs a minimum charge of $300.00 for each burn mark. Please use the ironing board.
If you choose to have more guests at the property over and above the permitted number as outlined on the website, we reserve the right to charge you $25.00 per person per night. Children over the age of 2 are classified as a person. Unfortunately, over the past year guests are putting up to 6-8 guests in addition to the required number of guests. We reserve the right to charge you for additional guests.
If you have requested the additional mattress/s these must be in a clean condition and placed in the agreed position prior to your exit thank you otherwise there is an additional cost for cleaning.
Under NO circumstances are Pets allowed in any holiday property unless agreed in writing. There is an additional cleaning fee of $300.00 per stay if you sneak a pet in.
If you decide to dye your hair and damage any linen this will be charged for. Each towel is $35.00 per towel.
If you decide to tan yourself and damage any linen including towels and bed linen you will be charged to replace these. These prices start from $35.00 per item up to $125.00 for bed doona’s.
We do not have bidet’s in any our properties. If you choose to improvise with buckets etc, these must be cleaned and returned to their original condition otherwise extra cleaning charges apply.
If you use what consumables have been supplied on site it is your responsibility to purchase additional items during your stay.
Guests are responsible for safe keeping of house keys and remote controls for garages. If you lose the keys or lock yourself out fees apply. Replacement of keys or remote controls start at $195.00 per unit.
If you lock yourself out because you have not utilised the lock box for convenience there could be a call out fee for the WHICH DOOR Manager to open the house with the spare keys.
No liability is accepted for any injury, debt, damage, loss, delay, expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by events beyond the manager of WHICH DOOR or the owners control. No responsibility is taken for guest’s personal property left on or near the premises. It is recommended that guests take out personal property insurance or adequate travel insurance should any unexpected situations arise before or during your travel period.
No responsibility is taken for tenant’s personal property left on the premises. If requested we will endeavor to recover and return items of value inadvertently left in your holiday property, but we take absolutely no responsibility for the recovery or return. Postage, packaging and the cost of sending out a staff member to search for the item will need to be paid in advance; a minimum cost of $50.00 applies. Items of low value will be disposed the day of your departure.
The property you have hired is in a residential neighbourhood and noise is to be managed.
No noise before 7.00 am is permitted. No noise after 9.00 pm.
No parties under any circumstances.
No gatherings under any circumstances.
If you have visitors with vehicles, please note that they must park on the street and not in the driveways, or surrounding grounds.
Please be kind to neighbours.
AIR CONDITIONER & LIGHTS
Please do not leave lights on as the cost of electricity in our city is expensive.
Front lights to the property must be turned off during the day.
Please make sure you turn off all lights and air-conditioning to not going over your daily $5.00 per day allowance.
When leaving the property daily please turn off air-conditioning and lights.
We do reserve the right to check the house and turn off lights and air-conditioning if you have left them on and you are out for the day.
Leaving lights on whilst you are out may exceed your daily limit please turn off air-conditioning and lights whilst you are out.
Your people mover may be too high for the garage. Please do not attempt to enter the garage if you can see it will not fit.
Additional parking is street parking which is complimentary.
Please note that if you park across the footpath which is for pedestrians you will incur a Council Ticket from $160.00. Please park correctly.
Please also note that if the property has a garage door it must be down at all times to prevent bugs from entering the house and in recent times neighbours complain about the garage door being up.
Please empty the fridge and place unwanted items into a plastic bag and put into the rubbish bind. If you have more than one green bin full of rubbish a $50.00 per stay will be incurred if under 5 days.
Please note all liquids must be emptied before being placed into the bin. All rubbish must be inside rubbish bags except for the re-cycle yellow bin which takes plastic bottles, containers, glass, wine and beer bottles.
Please return all furniture to its original position. If you do not return all furniture to the original position, we reserve the right to charge you $25.00 per hour for this inconvenience.
Please wash all dishes or put into dishwasher and start the dishwasher. Please note that if you put the dish washing liquid into the dishwasher instead of the capsules you will incur a maintenance call out charge of $250.00.
If you wash the dishes and put them into the cupboards wet we reserve the right to charge you additional cleaning charges starting from $25.00 per hour.
Check out is 10.00am or sooner.
Please leave the keys in the lock box. Please spin the lock box dial so that the code cannot be viewed by strangers.
Please turn off all lights and exhaust fans and the air-conditioning.
THEFT OF ITEMS
Over the past 6 months we have had many guests taking items from the properties. Any items missing from the house will be charged for.
