Located at the rear of the owner's residence, the accomodation is a private, stand alone, 3 bedroom townhouse.
Upstairs accomodation comprises of open plan kitchen and living, two bedrooms with queen beds, study (adjoining master bedroom), bathroom and a balcony with tranquil views of both the park and pool.
Downstairs is in its own right a self contained 1 bedroom apartment where you'll find a huge 3rd bedroom with queen bed, 2nd bathroom, separate laundry room and the pool room (with bifold doors opening out to pool area).
Please note this house does require the use of stairs and isn't wheelchair friendly. There is 1 x port-a-cot located at the property which guests are welcome to use free of charge.
The pool room contains a 2nd kitchen with open plan living and dining. The pool area has lounges, seating and direct access to the park next door.
You will be welcomed with modern, clean accommodation with all conveniences including Foxtel pay television, european appliances, dishwasher, upstairs and downstairs fridges and fully equipped laundry . Timber floors cover all living areas and there are plush carpets in all bedrooms. This property's renovation and extension won the Master Builders Association award in 2007.
Guests will have access to the entire rear private residence consisting of upstairs and downstairs accommodation including the pool area. Guests can also utilise the outdoor alfresco area with kitchen and bbq upon request, and will also have use of one car bay in the lock up garage as well as a second car bay at the front of the property if required.
Katie, your host is close by in the front residence, and will be available to help out during your stay. Meals are available upon request, specifically breakfast and dinner. Guests can enjoy some amazing European cooking and Croatian baking...if you ask nicely enough!
Stirling is a safe, centrally located family area close to transport and easy access to the city and northern beaches. The property is in a great location with Stirling Village (a small group of shops) across the road, consisting of a gourmet supermarket and delicatessen, butcher, chemist, Italian woodfired pizzeria, bakery, fish and chip shop and liquor store to name a few. Close to parks (next door and across the road) and shopping with Karrinyup and Innaloo shopping centres (including Cinema Complex) a 3km drive away.
There is another small shopping complex at the end of the street (500m) with several cafe's and take away food outlets. Trigg beach is a 5km drive west, Scarborough and Brighton Beaches 6km away and Hillary's Boat Harbour around 14kms drive away.
A bus stop is located at the front of the property and Stirling train station and freeway access is a 1.5km drive away. Trigg Beach is a 5km drive heading west and the City is a 10km drive south... 10 -15 mins depending on traffic! We recommend using Uber as a taxi service and if you have your own vehicle, the accommodation has secure garage parking for one vehicle and an additional bay off the main driveway.
