Shenton Retreat is a stylish self contained one bed apartment with a large private courtyard and direct access to street, parking and park.

The secure complex has a swimming pool and laundry facilities and is located adjacent to Kings Park and public transport.


The rate for up to 2 people is: $100 per night

Plus $20 per additional adult

Deposit of AU$400 is required to confirm and reserve booking.

The retreat is located 5 min drive from Perth CBD, close to public transport to Subiaco, Kings Park, West Perth, Nedlands, Mt Claremont, Sir Charles Gardner Hospital and UWA.

Frequent buses run around the corner which provide easy transport to the city, UWA, Fremantle, coastal beaches and many other major Perth attractions.

Shops, restaurants, services and recreation are within short walking distrance in the Shenton Park area. Kings Park and Rosalie Park are across the road, which is perfect for an early morning walk.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Shenton Park After 4 weeks I think that all the "reasons for staying" there are true. I especially liked the location, close to everything. Sophia greeted me the day of arrival, and was helpful extending the garden screening back over the door, and brought over an extra fan, because of a misunderstanding on air-conditioning. At first I had to get used to the appartment looking different than in the pictures (carpets, curtains, chairs, tables, sheets and more). Being by myself I also didn't miss the closet in the bathroom and could do without veggies drawer and freezer lid in the fridge. There are some small things that maybe should be fixed, but nothing mayor. The TV now is a big flat screen most people will like, and bring some CDs and DVDs. Wifi is available at a small extra charge volume contract, not super-fast. The pool is even nicer than on the pictures. All in all I enjoyed my stay a lot, would recommend the place and also stay there again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love this place - I want to be there again now This is a beautiful little space. I found it very convenient to walk to near by Subiaco or Shenton Park shops. I rode my bike through King's Park and walked to the train station to get to Fremantle. It is very nice and well presented. As I mainly used the rear access I didn't even feel like I park of an apartment complex. I truly wish I was still there now. Loved it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from We stayed in the one bedroom apartment, offered by this owner. The apartment was quiet, spacious, very clean and comfortable. This was perfect for us as we were relocating to Perth and this dwelling offered all the comforts of home. The apartment is centrally located with easy access to the hospital, universities, city and beaches. There is a grocery store, post office, pharmarcy, and a selection of resturants within walking distance. Best of all, this apartment offers excellent value for money when compared with the price of serviced apartments and hotel rooms in the Perth area. We highly recommend this property.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A modernised, bright and cool apartment. Ground floor location with private courtyard provides cooling breezes. Perfect location close to everything and easy access to all main roads. Everything you need in the kitchen for cooking 'in'. Great size for 2 adults. Walk across the road to wander Kings Park.
