Parklands, and wetlands nearby.
House has the WOW factor, Huge with 5 bedrooms PLUS a downstairs study and WC off garage.
However as I personally live here, I use some of the space for storage when I rent out the house when traveling.
I have adjusted the price to make it attractive enough to not be concerned that some personal items are 'around' the house.
House is very comfortable to live in with all mod cons. New carpets, just upgraded ensuite and laundry.
Everyone who enters the house goes WOW, fairly quirky decor, 3 large sitting areas with lounges, Built in Bar with fridge and bar stools, ice maker machine, and next door room a Home Theatre room with huge screen.
Large smart Samsung TV in another room, plus TV in 1st bedroom a smart TV and ordinary TV in 2nd bedroom. A smaller TV in third bedroom can also be provided upon request.
Currently the 4th bedroom is set up as a utility room/study area. However if it is required for children, I could set up some bunk beds in there for you if you book far enough in advance before I leave for holidays April 4th 2018.
The house is available from April 3rd or 4th, until May 7th 2018. I prefer the longer rental term but will look at shorter terms if running out of time.

The house is designed in a horseshoe shape, it does have some stairs, so may not be suitable for toddler. A small dog would be ok, as garden fully fenced in.
So you would be renting a 'home' not just a starkly furnished house, Absolutely everything is supplied.
Kitchen, has gas oven, electric griller, convection microwave, dishwasher, numerous electrical appliances, lovely outlook to garden.
Bedrooms are good size, Master has Marri Timber Kingsize Bed with top of the range Latex Mattress, Marri TV Unit has Sony smart TV to watch TV in bed. Ensuite adjoining.
Other bedrooms, 1 with double bed, one with king size bed. Large double sink bathroom with bath and shower with window to natural light atrium.
Downstairs study available if wanted for use.
Laundry large front loader washing machine, two clotheslines outside, a clothes dryer can be supplied but I have had problems with people using it to the point the electricity bill was huge So this is negotiable.
The air conditioner needs to be used only when someone home and not left on all day as well. The electrical meter gets read when I leave and when I get back and if it is huge, part of this will need to be paid as extra. I can show previous bills, so it's best if you just treat the power as you would at home, in a non extravagant manner. There are 8 solar panels which help during the day. Gas hot water system and gas stove and oven also help. It is the air cond and clothes dryer running that cause the problems. I am charging a lot cheaper rent, due to leaving some of my items here as mentioned and only 1 car space in garage available, so have to ask residents to treat the power usage not in excess. I am compensating people because of above reason.
However people get a lovely furnished home with loads of personality and extras.
You can access for FREE, Netflix, Fetch TV, Spotify to play music through my portable speaker that you can take outside. Logins supplied.
Free unlimited WIFI provided as well.
gorgeous tropical terraced gardens with a few different areas to sit. A nice gazebo with outdoor loungesuite and coffee table with views to hills. BBQ Area, plus other table and chairs and swing chair. Great house for entertaining outdoors, lovely night lighting as well. Lovely large urn water feature, solar lights and some hardwired fairy lights as well. A real pretty picture when lit at night. The gazebo has LED lighting as well as solar lights outside. A lovely place to relax. The plants are well established. Photos do not do the house or garden justice as very hard to take it all in really.
Auto retic will come on but
Someone will come and water some of the plants while I am away . If you need a cleaner, this can also be arranged and you would pay them direct, freeing up your leisure time. You will be given the times the person will come and water, so your privacy is assured.
Garage with auto opener, only one car space available as I use the other side for storage.
You can request someone to come and view the house if they live in Perth before you commit to renting if you prefer.

Negotiate bunk beds for kids with another room for an additional charge as will have to set them up for you as the room is not currently being used as a bedroom.

Very private, you don't even know you have neighbours
A dog can stay if not a huge one, as no grassed areas
