Access to the city and other main areas is easy - there are frequent busses to and from the city during the day and night and the bus stop is only 600 meters and a 4 minute walk away. It is 10 to 20 minutes from the city and Perth’s fabulous Kings Park by car or taxi out of peak hour.
87A is a quiet, private, self-contained, modern, double storey residence built in 2016. It is a light and bright and elegant.
Home features include 4 large smart televisions all connected to the internet; a desk and work station; air-conditioned common areas; large fridge and freezer with inbuilt icemaker and cold-water dispenser; electronic keyless entry so no need for keys or swipe cards; and a family-size barbeque.
Enjoy breakfast or drinks on the balcony overlooking the Yokine Reserve, or on the downstairs deck, or relax and soak up the sun in the tranquil private garden.
We will gladly stock the fridge and pantry for you prior to your arrival if you provide us with your shopping list. The charges for these purchases can be settled upon your arrival. You only pay for what is purchased and there is no additional fee for this service.
We include a small welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk and sugar as well as some basic cleaning products .
All the home’s facilities are for you to enjoy during your stay. We live in our home which is away from the 87A so you have complete privacy and exclusive use of the property during your stay.

Yokine is an inner-city well established suburb. It is only a 10 to 15 minute drive to the restaurants, pubs, clubs, movie houses and theatres of trendy Beaufort Street, Northbridge, Subiaco, Leederville and Mt Hawthorn areas.
Two shopping centres are located close by. Walk to Dogswamp shopping centre in 10 minutes or drive there in 3 minutes. The major shopping mall Gallaria is only a 12 minute drive by car or taxi. Supermarkets and liquor stores in this area also offer on-line shopping and a delivery service to your door.
The popular Yokine Reserve where the locals walk their dogs, run and go for walks throughout the day, is across the road. The pathways are well lit at night so you can enjoy a night time walk or run. The reserve also has barbecue and picnic facilities with benches and tables and a state-of-the-art playground which caters for children of all ages.
Perth’s famous wine region, the Swan Valley, is 20 minutes north by car. The Valley is a very popular venue for locals and tourists alike. There are many restaurants and most vineyards offer free wine and cheese tastings.
The domestic and international airports are 20 and 30 minutes away making 87A quick and easy to reach on your arrival in and departure from Perth.
Yokine is well serviced by busses which run day and night and bus stops are within walking distance. Taxis are quick and easy to access and for those with a car, 87A has plenty of parking.
