When you enter the apartment you will find yourself in the spacious split-level ground floor living, dining and kitchen area, which extends out to a timber-decked verandah. In the kitchen you are supplied with basic pantry items (oils, vinegars & sauces) and condiments (tea, coffee, butter, jams & milk), full crockery, cutlery and cooking sets and everything you need to clean up after including dishwasher pods.
In the lounge and entry you will find a range of books, DVDs and family games, as well as cuddly throws, and in the en-suites you have extra bathmats and soaps. Also on the ground floor is a powder room/toilet and fully-equipped laundry, complete with wash pods for the machine. Wi-fi is available.
On the first floor, you will find two large bedrooms both with modern en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and opens onto a timber decked balcony with an outdoor setting specifically placed to take in the river and ocean view.
The second bedroom has two long single beds which can easily be converted to a king-size bed for couples. This bedroom opens onto a private terrace.
There is also a single fold out bed (max 90kg) and/or port-a-cot available at a small extra charge, enabling families with three children or larger groups to enjoy Augusta’s lifestyle for very little extra cost.
The apartment has a single lock-up garage, and extra vehicles can be parked in the spare bays at the complex.
If you have a boat, we can arrange offsite secure parking 5 minutes away for a minimum fee.

You can enjoy the splendid natural coastal, river & forest landscapes along with plenty of appealing attractions close-by.
For the explorers there is the famous Cape Leeuwin Lighthouse "where two oceans meet", the whales that come through in increasing numbers to rest in Flinders Bay before the long trek North. You are surrounded by national parks, and can enjoy walks along the river and ocean or scenic walk trails through native bush land. The magnificent Boranup Forest is on the doorstep of local attractions, our unique caves, world class wineries, restaurants, inspiring galleries, chocolates, cheeses, gourmet produce and so much more.
As well, water lovers can enjoy a feast of water-based activities on Augusta's Blackwood River and within the protected Flinders Bay. You will find boat launching facilities into both the ocean and the river. Enjoy yachting, river cruises, kayaking, skiing and fishing. Spend some time shell collecting, swimming, surfing, wind surfing or kite boarding. Throughout July and Augusta, see the whales frolicking in Flinders Bay.
In between times, kick back and relax, enjoying the views on your private balcony, and the home comforts provided in your apartment.
GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES & BOOKING CONDITIONS
A 50% deposit is payable for all bookings - Non Refundable
Balance and final payment is required at least 14 days prior to the commencement of the holiday.
We do not accommodate groups of unaccompanied minors or school- leavers.
Sorry, no pets & no smoking permitted on the property.
CHECK IN & CHECK OUT TIMES
Unless arranged in advance CHECK IN TIME is 3pm and CHECK OUT TIME is 11am. Requests for varying times will be accommodated where possible.
Keys will be made available upon arrival at the apartment.
Where the client chooses to cut short their stay a refund is not available for any unused portion of the booking.
Guests are expected to look after and take good care of the property entrusted to them, this including all furnishings and equipment and to observe the NO SMOKING requirement for the duration of the holiday. Any faults, damages or breakages MUST BE REPORTED IMMEDIATELY to the owners. Guests will be liable for any unreasonable breakages or damages caused to the property during the guests’ holiday occupation. It is the responsibility of the guests to ensure that all doors and windows are securely locked and that the property is left clean and tidy.
Cancellations of bookings with less than 24 hours notice will incur a minimum cancellation fee of one nights’ accommodation. Cancellations for bookings 48 hours prior to arrival will incur a fee of the deposit, unless an alternate booking is received. Cancellations for bookings during peak periods( ie; Easter / the week of and /between Christmas and New Year / Leeuwin Concert Weekend / the Adventure Race Weekend) and public holidays will not be refunded in the week prior to the booking dates unless an alternate booking is received.
No liability is accepted for any claim as a result of problems that occur at the property, or for any loss or personal injury or illness, however caused, while guests occupy the property.
We do not accept liability for finding or returning lost property. It is the responsibility of guests to check before departure that personal belongings have not been left in the house. The cost of retrieval, post and packaging (paid in advance) will apply if any lost property is to be returned to guests.
