The holiday chalets have reverse cycle air-conditioning are spacious and fully self contained with hotplate, microwave and Weber BBQ cooking facilities.There are two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed which can be unzipped to offer two singles, the second bedroom has a queen-size bed.
The bathroom is tiled floor to ceiling and has a large walk in shower recess, vanity unit and mirror cabinet, toilet, washing machine and laundry basin. The shower is wheelchair accessible without rails.
All linen is provided and the kitchen is fitted out with quality stainless steel cutlery, pots and pans.
Complimentary tea, coffee, sugar and milk is provided upon arrival.
A small lawn complete with four person outdoor setting is ideal for those lazy summer evenings.
What to Do in Augusta:
The charming coastal town of Augusta is sheltered by Flinders Bay and overlooks the tranquil Hardy Inlet and is the most south-western town in Australia.
Outlying the quaint town is spectacular rugged coastal scenery with and the sometimes wild and pristine seas of the Southern Ocean. Nearby attractions include Boranup Forest, Cape Leeuwin Lighthouse, Jewel Cave, Hillview Golf Course and Hamelin Bay. The lighthouse marks the start (or end) of the famous 135km Cape to Cape Track.
World-class windsurfing, kite-surfing, paddling, snorkeling and whale watching are also on the menu or simply grab a book, take a stroll along the Blackwood River and let time pass you by. Augusta whale watching in Flinders Bay is fantastic from June to August as it is the first stopping point for many southern right and humpback whales that come to feed, breed and play.
Augusta offers a number of cafes, the historic Augusta Hotel Pub, the famous Augusta Bakery, the freshest Fish n Chips straight from the Southern Ocean as well as the best of local produce at some of the nearby Margaret River Wineries.
