Whilst the area is rich in flora and fauna which may be enjoyed whilst walking the Bilbbulmun track or out from the Innkeeper's house through the Mullalyup National Park, visiting the Golden Valley Arboretum, the racecourse wildflower sanctuary or simply by relaxing in our landscaped grounds with the native bird life such as the honeyeaters, willy wag tails, blue wrens or western red rosellas busy gathering food from a flowering shrub or sitting by the pond, listening to different varieties of frogs calling to each other.
At night the sky is a kaleidoscope of stars, whilst in the morning fogs and mists illuminated by the sun filtering through the trees is a sight to behold.
The Blackwood River which is a short drive away provides an opportunity for those who enjoy canoeing down the quiet back waters past natural vegetation.
We also offer courtesy drop off and pick ups to and from the Bibbulmun track,
