Hester Hill House:
overlooking Hester valley and the property dam stocked with rainbow trout. Just a couple of minutes from historic Bridgetown with its boutique shops and many other attractions.
The building is divided into the main house with a guest house all under one roof.
The main house comprises of two queen bedrooms and one four bedded bunk room all en-suite, two TV lounges with Foxtel and a large kitchen and family dining room. for your comfort reverse cycle air conditioning and wood burning stove are also installed.
The guest house has two further bedrooms with laundry bath room, kitchen and living area with wood burning stove.
Wood for Heaters is provided.
There is a large activity room with pool table and TV with foxtel.
Outside there is an alfresco dining area with gas BBQ and 10 seat dining. There is a fire pit that can be used dependent on local government fire restrictions. Please check FDS web site or local shire for this information.
There is a large dam stocked with rainbow trout and equipped with a rowing and pedalo boats available for use Adult and children's life jackets are stored in the activity room. Please note the use of the dam is at your own risk. also not that as the dam is not fenced children must be supervised at all times.
The house sits on 50 acres of partial plantation and native bush so it is a walkers/explorers paradise. Please remember to wear long trousers and closed footwear during the summer when snakes may be active.
We have a no pets policy because the interfere with the native wildlife such as Kangaroos, Goannas, Possums, Long necked turtles and numerous bird varieties.
The Main house sleeps 8 and the gust house sleeps a further 4. You can book the main house only or the main and guest house together.
In addition to the above we provide a porta-cot and bedding stored in bunk room.
The house is serviced for your arrival 14.00 and turned around at check out 10.00 AM
Please note absolutely no smoking indoors and please dispose of ash and cigarette ends in receptacle provided.
