Standard Terms and Conditions of Temporary Holiday Accommodation
Deposit of 50 of a non-refundable is deposit is required to secure the booking. Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the client's acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Balance of the rental amount must be received in full seven days prior to occupancy. If not, the owner reserves the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re-let the property.
Cancellation by the client. The deposit paid, is not refundable, unless the property is re-let for the entire period. If a refund is made, due to the property being re-let, then a $50 cancellation fee will apply.
To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate that most will respect our property, but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions;
Number of Guests will not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.
Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in additional payments.
Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the guest’s responsibility during their stay. If damage or breakage does occur, it is your responsibility to inform the owner as soon as possible, so appropriate arrangements can be made. Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the guest’s personal property.
Departure - the apartment is expected to be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival apartment to be left clean and tidy. All rubbish is to be removed from the apartment on your departure and placed in the green bins in the underground car park.
Check-out time is strictly at 10:00 AM at the latest, to allow time to prepare the apartment before next guest’s arrival.
Disturbance to our neighbors, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental.
If the above conditions are not met and any additional costs are incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements you will be charged for these items. This will be charged to your credit card and you will be advised of this charge. Otherwise an account will be sent requiring payment.
Pets are NOT permitted.
Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.
