Welcome to our lovely fresh double storey 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with games room and entertaining area under cover. Main upstairs bedroom is a retreat with river views from large north facing balcony. Side separate bedroom can accommodate children or use as work space, gym or for a snoring spouse. The upstairs en-suite has been re-done late 2017. new floor and tiles have refreshed a '90s bathroom. There is separate toilet, spa for 4 and shower cubicle.
Downstairs are two more bedrooms, the smaller one with lockable external door and new deck. The larger bedroom has ample storage high ceilings and any combination of queen or bunk beds, or 2-3 singles. These bedrooms share a central bath-shower-toilet.
Back along the timber hallway there is the laundry with washer and dryer-and another toilet. This is useful as it is close to a large games room, furnished with pool table, blackjack, roulette and two sofas + two comfy chairs, seating 8 people.
Go the other way and you are in the kitchen-living-dining area. The beautiful jarrah kitchen overlooks the 6 seater dining table, with is adjacent to the living room with new 2x2 seater couches and 2 matching single chairs. There is a new 50" HD LCD screen and DVD and library.
The outside undercover entertaining area can seat up to 16 people and is next to the games room, access through a sliding door. There are tables and seating for ten, and modern Zigler/Brown BarBQ and large beer fridge complete the setting.
Walks along the river are across the 2 lane road out front, with a designated walk trail. if you are keen you can walk to Eaton Fair shops, Eaton Tavern, or the Eaton Bowls Club.
People fish on the river out front, and boat access is 200 metres away, taking you to the estuary, the ocean and ultimately Europe. It's nice
Bunbury coffee shops are an easy 15 minutes drive, the Dolphin Discovery Centre along Koombana Bay is less, but if you are lucky they swim up river and perform gymnastics out front of River House- I have fantastic photos that prove this.
Kochy the TV dude said Bunbury is like Monte Carlo, but with no casinos and having sandy dolphin infested beaches it is more like the Gold Coast in the sixties. Yes i was there and i can remember it Only one 10 storey building called 10 and Bunbury has one too, looks like a milk carton. Great views,
Just like River House.
