This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, family style home, in a quiet, cul de sac location just off Marine Terrace. There is a path that leads to the beach, at the lefthand end of the cul de sac, to make walking access easier. There are tiled floors throughout for uncomplicated holiday maintenance. The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric jug, toaster, microwave, pots and pans. Refrigerator, electric cooktop and oven. It also has crockery, cutlery, utensils and glassware. Plastic containers for leftovers and some plastic items for the little ones. Tea towels are also provided.

The house is located in the Geographe area and is just minutes by car to town, a boat ramp, and all that Busselton has to offer. It is a great base to start your tour of local vineyards, beaches, Karri forests and all that the magnificent South West has to offer. You can stroll along the beach to the Busselton Jetty then take the little train out to the Underwater Observatory. Check out the Busselton Visitors Centre and then have a coffee and something to eat on the foreshore.
Alternatively, you can take your boat down to the ramp and head out to sea to watch the whales! There is plenty of room in the shed to store the fishing gear. The marina is not far away either and you can get a great meal down there too!
The local IGA, liquor store, fish and chip shop, hairdresser and petrol station are just around the corner on Marine Parade. Easy walking distance to grab the milk and bread or some fish and chips and a bottle of wine! For a quick getaway to the boat ramp in the morning you can fill the car and boat with petrol the night before.
We meet and greet all of our guests with the keys at your nominated arrival time so no messy key pick up and drop offs at other locations.

If smokers ignore this rule they risk their entire bond being forfeited to be used to clean curtains and other soft furnishings that absorb the smell of smoke. Please do not use heavily perfumed products to try to cover smells, this is dangerous for guests who suffer from asthma and other respiratory problems and will also need to be cleaned from curtains etc.
