It is every parent's responsibility to ensure that a holiday property is age appropriate and safe for their children. Please check that the house does not contain anything hazardous to your child and that objects in the house, that may be harmful, are placed out of your child's reach. It is also important to avoid having pay for damages from your security deposit.
A cleaning fee starting at $50 will only be charged if the house is left in poor condition ie. dirty floors, dirty oven/grill, dirty surfaces, unwashed dishes, excessive or smelly rubbish - especially after fish cleaning it is usually easier to clean your fish down at the beach.
