Bedroom 1: Wall mounted LCD TV, ceiling fan, built-in robe with full length mirrors, tallboy dresser and bedside drawers. Comfortable medium support queen size bed ensemble.
Bedroom 2: Double bed, bedside drawers, robe and drawers.
Bedroom 3: Double bed with single overhead bunk bed, built in rode with full length mirrored wardrobes with drawer set.
All beds come made with quality linen, seasonal doona and 4 comfortable pillows. Extra bedding is available to suit your needs.
Lounge room: ceiling fan, refrigerated air-conditioning and gas heating. Dining table for six. Large 50' LCD TV, Blu-ray player and micro stereo unit. Wall units provide a good selection of local information, books, DVDs plus a variety of games for all ages. Modern comfortable lounges, coffee / occasional tables and side lamps. Convenient inbuilt phone/tablet charging point.
The lounge room has laminated timber flooring. Wet areas and hallway are tiled throughout for easy-care. The Bedrooms are carpeted.

Linen provided: sheets, pillow cases, doona covers, bath towels, tea towels, bath mats. Beach Towel's are not supplied, please remember to b.y.o.

Regular bus and Taxi services are availible. Good mobile phone coverage. The Award winning Stilts Restaurant and bar is located one street away. Medical centre close-by. There's a village shopping centre with IGA, Pharmacy, Hair saloon, Fish'n Chips etc on the next street.
Broadwater Family Stay Apartment is located 6kms from Busselton's main shopping area. With 5 major Supermarkets + many mainstream retailers... K-mart, Target, Bunnings, Spotlight etc. Numerous boutique business and services are located throughout the shopping division. Busselton has many popular malls for instance: Fig Tree Lane which is host to relaxation and beauty services including Zen Body Massage and unique business's trading in kitchenware to quality whole-foods.
